I am a seasoned coffee professional in the specialty coffee industry. I have spent the past 15 years selling specialty coffee across multiple business segments throughout the US. This gave me an opportunity to introduce and train many customers about Specialty Coffee. Also during that time I became a Q Grader and volunteered as an SCA Lab Inspector. During the last 5 years I have volunteered and competed in multiple Coffee Champs events with a focus on Cup Tasters Competitions. I am a life long resident of the Syracuse NY area and when not selling, cupping or roasting coffee I love to be outside enjoying the seasons recreational activities.
My experiences within the coffee industry have given me a well rounded background. I understand the need for us have regular engagement to discuss the different issues we are working through as an industry. I would like to be elected to this position so that I can participate in the next stages of growth and development of the Northeast US SCA Chapter.
